About us

The Danish Dementia Research Centre (DDRC) was established in relation to the already existing Memory Clinic and Memory Disorders Research Group in 2007 and now represents an integration of nationwide clinical service from a tertiary referral department, research and educational services.

Rehabilitering

The Danish Dementia Research Centre is involved in clinical research, patient diagnosis and education of healthcare professionals, patients and caregivers.

Labprøver

The Danish Dementia Biobank, imaging studies, neurogenetic research, epidemiology of dementia, drug trials and the projects DAISY and ADEX.

Global Excellence

In 2010 the Danish Dementia Research Centre was awarded the "Global Excellence in Health" for its international standing within diagnosis and treatment of dementia diseases.
